Renowned Qari,Shaykh Abdullah Basfar adressed the gathering
Guest Speaker Prof.Abdul Wahid and Shaykh Maeno also adressed the Gathering.
21st Tarbiyah Workshop of ICOJ was held in Babul Islam Masjid Oyama ,about 100 kms from Tokyo on May3,2012.World famous reciter of Quran, shaykh Abdullah Basfar attended first session of Tarbiyah camp as chief Guest. Besides other programmes children of different age recited Quran in presence of Qari Basfar.Later chief guest ,Shaykh Basfar adressed the gathering.Among otherspeakers guest speaker Prof.Abdul Wahid from Pakistan delivered lectures in urdu while as Shaykh Maeno,head of ICOJ Japanese Wing adressed the gathering in japanese language. Simultaneously programs were held for ladies and children.After Salat ul Asr a group discussion was held.All the participants of the Tarbiyah workshop held a discussion , in different groups,on the topic ,Islam & our responsiblities.
Despite heavy rains a large number of men,women & children attended the Tarbiyah workshop,held annually by ICOJ during Golden Week holidays.

Renowned Qari Shaykh Abdullah Basfar will visit Hira Masjid around 6:00 p.m today. Shaykh Basfar will spend some time with students of Hira Evening school and then adress the gathering as well.
According to secretary General of ICOJ Qari Basfar will also visit the Annual Tarbiyah Workshop of ICOJ on May 3 from 11:00 am to 12:00 am. |

22nd Tarbiyah Programme for Japanese speaking Muslims will be held in Hira Masjid ,Gyotoku overnight on April 28(Saturday)~April 29(Sunday).Various programmes will be held during the overnight educational programme.
All are cordially invited to attend.Programme will be held in Japanese language.

With deep sarrow we would like to inform that elder brother of Br.Abdus Samad passed away in Karachi last night.انا للله وانا اله راجعون
May Allah reward him with Jannah in Aakhrah and patience to bereaved family to bear this shock.
Ameer e Circle Br. Jamil Ahmed has expressed his condolences and sympathy to the Br. Abdus Samad on the sad demise of his brother.
Salat uj Janazah and burial of deceased will take place in Dehli Colony, Krachi today.
Br. Abdus Samad is senior member of ICOJ and has served in capacity of Ameer e Circle in year 2002.At present he is in Japan and may be reached at his Japan number. |

4th Annual Conference of representatives of various Masjids in Japan was held in Waseda University Campus of February12,2012 ,Sunday.This is an annual event organized by Waseda University for last four years whereby organizers invite representatives of various Masjids of Japan for an interactive session as a part of understanding of Islam and Muslim community in Japan.Besides other representatives ,Ameer e Circle Br.Jamil ahmed,Head of Japanese wing of ICOJ,Shaykh Abu Hakeem Maeno,Secretary General Br.Imran Javid,Br.Raees Sideequi of Toda Masjid,Br.Aquil Sideeqi of Otsuka Masjid attended the conference.

Ameer e Circle,Br.Jamil Ahmed adressing the Seerah Conference in Tokyo
21st Seerah Conference was organized by ICOJ in Tokyo on Saturday,February 11.A large number of men,women and children of various nationalities & from different parts of Japan attended the conference.Programs included Lectures,Quiz and Nasheeds.Showa Hall,the main auditorium of the Tower Hall where program for Men was held was Jam packed with participants while programs for ladies & children were held simultaneously in separate Halls.Speakers on this occasion delivered lectures on various topics related to Seerah of Prophet Muhammed (SAW) in English,Urdu and Japanese languages.
Among the speakers who addressed the gathering were Ameer e Circle,Br.Jamil Ahmed ,Head of Japanese Wing of ICOJ,Shaykh Ahmed Maeno,Imam of Tokyo Cami Shaykh Murad Turuk,Mufti Shah Najam,Hafiz Tayib Abdussalam,Br.Mustafa Tsunoaka and First secretary of Embassy of Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Tokyo,Mr.Nadeem Bhatti.Br.Saeed Beigh,Vice President of ICOJ conducted the programe.
It may be recalled that Islamic Circle of Japan organizes Seerah Conference in Japan every year as one of its a major Dawah program.
